Privacy
Disco is an interview tool operated by Benjamin Martin. For anything on this page, write to ben@usedisco.link.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address. When an interview runs, we store the transcript and, when supplied by the voice provider, a summary. Voice recordings are processed by ElevenLabs. Our servers also keep standard request logs.
Participants
Before a conversation starts, the interview page asks the participant to agree to the recording. Results are not available in the dashboard yet. Interview creators should contact ben@usedisco.link before inviting participants to confirm whether and how they can access responses.
Who processes it
Voice conversations are handled by ElevenLabs, which may also supply a conversation summary. Generated interview questions use language models accessed through OpenRouter. The service runs on Amazon Web Services and stores account and interview data in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon). We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
Interview content is kept until you ask for it to be removed. Email ben@usedisco.link from the address that owns the project, and we will delete the interviews and their recordings.
